Huggd Shipping Policy

Hey, bestie! We know you’re excited to get your Huggd can cooler, so here’s the lowdown on how your order gets from us to you. 🚚❄️

 

1. Order Processing

 

Since all of our products are made just for you, please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production. We want to make sure your order is perfect before sending it out!

 

2. Shipping Times & Rates

 

All orders ship via USPS and delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!

🚨 No expedited or international shipping at this time.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

 

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on it so you know exactly when to expect your new fave can cooler!

 

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Once your order is handed off to USPS, it’s in their care. If your package is marked as “delivered” but isn’t there, check with neighbors, your local post office, or allow an extra day or two (sometimes USPS marks it early). Still need help? 5. Address Changes & Order Issues

 

    •    Double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If you notice a mistake, email HuggdTeam@gmail.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to fix it.

    •    Orders sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced.
